Why do we even have the UFL? its so stupid. Ifu really want to play football go play in the CFL or in Europe. If u cant make it in the NFL you shouldnt be playing football here. The only exception id say is for rehab
Out of curiousity, will anyone even watch this? I know I won't be watching it. I saw the first game of the XFL when it came out, just out of curiousity, but won't be giving this a try. Anyone who invested in this league is out of their mind.
However I do think some people will watch it in the beginning and then it will ultimately fade out. They claim that they do not want to compete with the NFL but it is almost no different other than playing on different days. We have college and the NFL, there is not room for another league.
I can't get enough Football and will probably watch the UFL football league and give it a chance especially if it can be a training ground for new players or even better a playing ground for older players or freshly cut players. Giving the Maurice Clarretts (I know he's long gone now, but this league could have kept him out of jail) or the Lawrence Phillips and Eric Crouch's a chance to play and get back in.

Big waste of money and who would watch the UFL over the NFL and college football? Thursday and Friday games will not be enough to pull the crowd.

I feel sorry for the heads of the UFL theyre in for some serious debt after they realize NO1 will watch them

If they can make it a developmental league or a league for former players it may stand a chance. It cannot compete against the NFL.

XFL failed, UFL will fail. You have the NFL, college, and high school too firmly entrenched into the American fabric. There is no room for another.
