FantasySportsDay.com provides you with daily fantasy sports contests dependent on the skill of the players. FantasySportsDay.com offers a wide assortment of contests for the sports fan and various contests in a wide variety of other entertainment fields. Each day, new contests will be offered testing a competitors skill against other competitors.

Eligibility

You must have a registered account on FantasySportsDay.com to participate in contests. Pursuant to the laws of your state, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout play of all contests. Additionally, you must be a Legal Resident of the United States or Canada. Residents of Nebraska and Alabama at the time of registration must be at least 19 years old. FantasySportsDay.com strictly follows all state and federal laws with regards to registered players and their eligibility in playing contests on our website.

Legal Requirements

FantasySportsDay.com strictly follows the guidelines established by all local, state, federal and provincial agencies with respect to the contests on the website. The contests provided by FantasySportsDay.com may not be used for gambling in any form. FantasySportsDay.com also strictly follows and applies all applicable tax laws. The participants and winners of FantasySportsDay.com contests maintain the sole responsibility of following the applicable tax laws with respect to their winnings on FantasySportsDay.com. Fantasy Sports contests on FantasySportsDay.com are null and void within any jurisdiction, state, or city where prohibited by law. FantasySportsDay.com follows strict guidelines established by U.S.C. Section 5361-5367 specifically the UIGEA of 2006. Any contests found to be not in strict compliance with UIGEA will be nullified, voided and canceled. An individuals or fantasy teams not in compliance with UIGEA will be immediately disqualified from any and all contests and ineligible from winning any prizes.

Free and Fee Based Contests

FantasySportsDay.com provides its registered users a wide variety of free and fee based fantasy sports contests. As long as a user registers and meets the guidelines above, the user is qualified to play a fantasy sports contest.

User Accounts

Individuals have the option of opening up an account with FantasySportsDay.com for free. FantasySportsDay.com mandates the collection of certain information in order to open the account and suggests users keep the account information current for ease of communication. Our Privacy Policy fully details how serious we take your personal information. In order to enter into any of the contests provided by FantasySportsDay.com, each user must have an account.

Deposits

Deposits into user accounts can occur by using a variety of different factors. FantasySportsDay.com accepts all major credit cards as well as Paypal, direct bank transfers, wire transfers and personal checks. Free Contests With Tokens

At FantasySportsDay.com users can play Daily Fantasy Sports Games for free with the use of tokens. Users will get one free token to begin play with when signing up for FantasySportsDay.com. The user can then play in a game requiring tokens (which are free games) and make his/her selections just as though the user were playing with real money. As the user wins, his token amount will increase enabling the user to play in higher token value games. Ultimately, tokens can be redeemed for various prizes and high winners in the free games will qualify for the VIP program which includes various events throughout the nation. If the user loses, he can add another token to has account simply by registering for a one token game.

Participating in Fantasy Contests

Each time a user enters into a fantasy sports contest on FantasySportsDay.com, the user fully accepts and is bound by the rules and regulations government this website. The decisions, rules and regulations provided by the FantasySportsDay.com team are final and binding on each user. Furthermore, each user fully accepts all terms of use provided by FantasySportsDay.com. In order to participate in a fantasy sports contest provided by FantasySportsDay.com, the user must be logged into their account and have the requisite amount of funds necessary to satisfy the contest entry fee. The user must then acknowledge acceptance of the terms of this website by clicking the appropriate box. Once the box is clicked, the system will deduct the requisite entry fee from the user's account. Once a user has registered for a contest, the user cannot unregister for that contest, however the user has until the start time of the contest to make their required draft selections. The drafting of the users players can be performed and or changed at anytime prior to the start of the contest. Once the contest starts, the user will be unable to change drafted players and any unselected draft positions will not be scored. A user cannot place two entries into the same contest.

Eligible Fantasy Teams

An eligible fantasy team must consist of at least two players from different teams, therefore a fantasy team selected by a user for any contest CANNOT entirely consist of players from a single team, game, or event. Our drafting system will disallow you from violating this rule. If, somehow, you do select a team that consists entirely of players form a single team, game, or event at the tiem the contest begins and your draft picks are finalized, then your entry will be voided and disqualified. Subsequently, you will not be eligible for any prizes that contest is offering. Violation of this explicit rule will void your entry and FantasySportsDay.com has no obligation to refund your entry fee for noncompliance with this primary rule. On the other hand, an incomplete roster will not be disqualified and is not ineligible. An incomplete roster shall only be disqualified if it does not contain fantasy players from multiple games or events and thus is not in compliance with the sentences above.

Cancellation of Contests

Every contest with zero or one entry at the scheduled fantasy contest start time will be canceled. Every contest with MORE THAN one entry at the scheduled fantasy contest start time is considered official and the scoring process will begin as scheduled. Should a user enter into a contest that is ultimately canceled, the user's account will be refunded in the full amount of the entry fee. FantasySportsDay.com reserves the absolute right to cancel contests at FantasySportsDay.com's sole discretion.

Closed Contests

When a contest reaches its maximum number of entries, then that contest will be closed and new registrants will not have the opportunity or possibility of playing in that contest.

Prizes Guaranteed

The guaranteed prize will be paid for all completed FantasySportsDay.com contests. Each contest will show the guaranteed prize and that prize is to be paid to the users as specified. In the event there is a tie between the competitors, the prize will be split evenly among the individuals tied. Prizes will be immediately credited to the winning users account within one hour of the final score being calculated in the contest. FantasySportsDay.com reserves the right to delay the prize disbursement until the following business day for an account at FantasySportsDay.com's sole and absolute discretion.

Types of Drafts

FantasySportsDay.com currently has no salary cap draft methods, therefore a user must use his or her skill in selecting the best team for the games ahead. The user simply drafts the fantasy team of his or her choice with no restrictions. Each participant within that contest will have the same draft methods and requirements. It is therefore possible to have multiple players on the same teams during your draft. Many future draft options are upcoming including a salary cap draft and a live draft where duplicate players are not permitted in the same contest.

Fantasy Player Selections

Each user will have the ability to select from any of the players on the current active rosters for the scheduled games of the day. FantasySportsDay.com will provide information as to the injury status of a particular player, however it is the user's responsibility to utilize their skill and research to determine if a player will be playing in a particular game or event.

Fantasy Trades

FantasySportsDay.com's contests occur in a single day's worth of games, therefore there is no trading, free agents, or bench players required. Simply do your research, skillfully select your team and watch your time deliver you a victory.

Canceled and Postponed Games

On rare occurrences, events will be canceled, postponed, or preempted. If this should occur, no points will be awarded for players in events or games that are canceled, preempted, or postponed. The user's skill is essential for noting potential games that may be subject to cancellation or postponement and adjusting their fantasy teams around this possibility before the contest has begun.
