The 1st week of the NFL's regular season just started and sure enough, it was a very interesting week. A lot of things has happened during the offseason and the expectations were high in many teams. For fantasy players, the start of the regular season has ushered new challenges. Everyone is busy once again with analysis and their rosters.
But the first week has shown us that few teams can be winners, some are just as bad and one team is just unfortunate. Without much ado, here are your winners, losers and a big question mark.

New York Jets - although it's true that they were up against a relatively weak team (sorry Texas fans), the show should have been a little bit even because they were up against the rookie Sanchez. But Sanchez and the team practically destroyed the Texans. Forget about the powerful offens of Texas as they were limited to a single touchdown against 24 points. Sanchez threw a touchdown and 277 yards on his first game. Not bad at all.
Chicago Bears - You have to give credit to Green Bay for winning the game. The rainbow pass of Aaron Rodgers to Greg Jennings was very impressive. The Packers has certainly moved on without Favre. But the bears lost more than a game - they also lost some players and highlighted problems. Brian Urlacher has injured his wrist. Another linebacker (Tinoisamoa) went down due to knee troubles. Desmond Clark (TE) and Trumaine McBride (CB) also left the game with various injuries. All of these were experienced with Jay Cutler's four interceptions.
Miami Dolphins - there are too many troubles for the Dolphins to face this season. For one, they are experimenting within the game (the used rookie QB) and tried another offense. Their offensive can't really move no matter what they do. I hate to say this but the first game looks like a big indicator of the future problems of the Dolphins.
Donovan McNabb destroyed the Panthers with 38-10 humilation. But he sacrificed his body too much that has injured his ribs. This situation is very scary but equally interesting. With the injury, the 2nd QB would be Kevin Kolb. He looked pretty impressive finishing the last quartner for the injured McNabb. But if the game is on the line, the Michael Vick option is still open for the eagles. A broken rib from their start QB is a very bad thought but they have powerful reserves who just wanted to prove what they can do. No timetable was set for McNabb's return but it's still an open idea that McNabb will be back next week.
